Meet the team!

Ravi qualified as a CBT therapist in 2022, after previously being in a range of roles within health and social care (following tiny stints in social media marketing and recruitment). He describes himself as an eclectic CBT therapist, using an array of tools from the various waves of CBT.

Michelle qualified as a CBT therapist in 2017 having previously worked as a humanistic counsellor. Since then she has also added MBCT to her therapy tool bag and although she does less clinical work now, she also enjoys providing supervision to CBT trainees at a university, alongside her main role as a talking therapies service manager.

What our listeners say...

So helpful!

I've just been accepted on to the CYP High Intensity CBT course and not sure what to expect. This podcast is just what I was looking for and answered some of the many questions that l've had!

Michelle and Ravi have a really personable and conversational style which is fab to listen to.

Really looking forward to listening more!
